Oregon vs Washington
For the first time since 2018, the Huskies have won the Pac-12 and will be participating in the College Football Playoffs for the first time since 2016.
Washington defeated Oregon 34–31 in the rematch to maintain their unbeaten streak and win the final Pac-12 title. The Huskies have earned a spot in the College Football Playoffs, which is more important.
Following slower starts for both Michael Penix Jr. and Bo Nix, it was a Heisman showdown.
Oregon vs Washington
Despite only throwing for 319 yards and one touchdown and one interception, Penix proved his strength at crucial points with deep passes. After leading 20-3, Nix, who completed his pass attempt for 219 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception, almost brought the Ducks back. They led entering the fourth quarter after scoring 24 points in a row, but Washington gathered just as rapidly.
In the fourth quarter, Penix’s called fumble was turned into an incomplete throw, which gave the Huskies the lead touchdown.
We currently have three spots available in the CFP. The Huskies, who are 13-0, will compete for the national championship.
